Sacrifice Any Thing In The Name Of Allah And Distribute It In The Name of Non Allah

(Start With The Name Of Allah The Most Beneficial And Most Merciful)

(May Allah Help Me To Explain Every Thing About ESAAL-e-SAWAAB From Quran And Hadiths)

Verses From Qu'ran

Surah Al-An'am Verse No 118 to 121

Translation:

"So eat of that [meat] upon which the name of Allah has been mentioned, if you are believers in His verses"

Verse No 118

This Verse State That The Animal Which Is Sacrifice On The Name of Allah You Can Eat The Meat Of That Animal If You Believe In Allah

Translation:

"And why should you not eat of that upon which the name of Allah has been mentioned while He has explained in detail to you what He has forbidden you, excepting that to which you are compelled. And indeed do many lead [others] astray through their [own] inclinations without knowledge. Indeed, your Lord - He is most knowing of the transgressors."

Verse No 119

This Verse State That And What Have Happened To You Why You Are Not Eating The Thing Which is Halal For You Even After Allah Have Told You The Things Which Is Haram For You And You Should Eat All Things Which Are Sacrifice In The Name Of Allah(bismillahi allahu akbar) And All The Things Which Are Sacrifice With The Name Of Allah But Give With The Name of Non-Allah Are Haram For You But If You Are Forced By Someone And Threaten by Some One So You Can Eat That Too

Translation:

"And leave what is apparent of sin and what is concealed thereof. Indeed, those who earn [blame for] sin will be recompensed for that which they used to commit."

Verse No 120

This Verse State That Dont Do Any Sin Cause Allah Knows Every Thing You Do It In Front Of Every One Or Alone Allah Knows It And The Person Who Do Sins Will Get Punished By Allah Soon

Translation:

"And do not eat of that upon which the name of Allah has not been mentioned, for indeed, it is grave disobedience. And indeed do the devils inspire their allies [among men] to dispute with you. And if you were to obey them, indeed, you would be associators [of others with Him].

Verse No 121

This Verse State That Dont Eat Any Thing Which Is Not Sacrifice With The Name Of Allah(bismillahi allahu akbar) And Without Doubt This Is The Biggest Sin To Eat Any Thing Which Is Not Sacrifice With The Name of Allah(bismillahi allahu akbar) It Haram And Devils Tell You Wrong Things So You Can Fight With Momeens(True Muslims) And If You Do What Devil Say Then You Are Also Mushrik(Not True Muslims) 

All These Verses Speak That The Sign Of Momeens(TrueMuslims) Is That They Will Eat Every Thing Which Is Sacrifice With The Name Of Allah(bismillahi allahu akbar) And Will Not Eat Any Thing Which is Sacrifice With The Name of Allah(bismillahi allahu akbar) But Given With The Name Of Non Allah Means (This Food Is For Muhraam Or For Imam Hussain AS Or This Is For 11th or 40th Etc) It Is Haram And Some People Give Answers That We Are Using Allah's Name And Reciting Quran On This Food So What Is You Problem And Why Dont You Eat From Our Food And Say It Is In Quran That If You Dont Eat The Food Which Is Sacrifice With The Name Of Allah(bismillahi allahu akbar) Then You Will Become Mushrik(NotTrueMuslims) But They Dont Know That Here The Name Of Allah Is (bismillahi allahu akbar) Not The Quran 

Second Thing We Can Understand That Any Thing Even If It Is Halal Sacrifice Without Name of Allah(bismillahi allahu akbar) Is Haram And It Is Sin To Eat It Even If Imam E Kabba Sacrifice Any Thing Which Is Halal But He Sacrifice it With Out The Name Of Allah(bismillahi allahu akbar)  It Will Be Haram And Even If A Non Muslim Jew Or Hindu Sacrifice Any Thing With The Name of Allah(bismillahi allahu akbar) It Will Be Halal As Qu'ran Say In Surah Al-Ma'iadah

Translation

"This day [all] good foods have been made lawful, and the food of those who were given the Scripture is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them."

Verse No 5

But Taking Allah's Name is Not Enough In Some Conditions Like If You Sacrifice It With The Name Of Allah But You Are Saying That I Have Sacrifice It For Imam Hussain AS Or For Hazrat Abdul Qadir Jelani Rahamatullah Allay Etc That Will Be Not Haram But Will Be A Sin If You Eat It Because The Verses Of Quran Said It Is Wrong Or Haram To Eat Any Thing Which Is Sacrifice In The Name Of Allah And Distributed In The Name of Non Allah I.E Prophets , Sahabas Ahle Bait Etc

Allah Say In Surah Ma'iadah 

Translation:

"Prohibited to you are dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah, and [those animals] killed by strangling or by a violent blow or by a head-long fall or by the goring of horns, and those from which a wild animal has eaten, except what you [are able to] slaughter [before its death], and those which are sacrificed on stone altars, and [prohibited is] that you seek decision through divining arrows. That is grave disobedience"

Verse no 3

This Verse Clarify What You Can Not Eat And It Is Written That You Cant Eat Any Thing Which Is Dedicated To Any One Other Than Allah It Is Haram To Eat It 

Hadith

Translation:

"Abu Tufail Amir Bin Wasla RA Ask Harzat Ali RA That Did Prophet SAW Teach You Any Thing Except Qu'ran Which He Didnt Teach Us So Mulla Ali AS Said No He Didnt But I Have One Thing Which Prophet Muhammad SAW Give Me So Abu Tufail Said I Ask Ya Ameer Ul Momeenien Whats Is It So Hazrat Ali Read Some Things From It And One Thing From It Was If Any One Sacrifice Any Thing In The Name of Allah And Dedicate It To Any Non Allah So Allah Have Cursed(lannat) Him"

Hadith

Translation:

"One Sahaba Came To Prophet And Said O Prophet Of Allah I Have Decided That I Will Sacrifice Camels On Makam e Bawana(Bawana Is The Name of Place) So Prophet Ask Him 2 Questions 1st Question Was Do That Place Have Any Worship Place Made By  Non Muslims Or Any Thing Which Is Against Islam And Second Question Was When I Was Not In This World Do Any One Worship There Idols On That Place So Sahaba Said No"

Reference : Sunan Abi Dawood Hadith No 3313

Prophet Ask These 2 Questions So If Any One Sacrifice Any Thing There So No One Can Misinterpret That It is Sacrifice In The Memories Of Any Idol Or Worship Place

Note : Hadiths From Sahih Bukhari And Sahih Muslim Are Sahih And Every One Is Agree About It About Hadiths From Other 4 Books Of Hadith Jammah E Tirmazi , Sunan Abi Dawood , Sunan Nisaai And Sunan Ibn Majah Can Be Zaeef So Inshallah I Will Only Write The Sahih Hadith With Reference.
