Homeopathic Medicine, Perfume, Cigarette, Smoking & Tea Are Halal?

 Homeopathic Medicine, Perfume, Cigarette, Smoking & Tea Are Halal?

 Answer :

Homeopathic Medicines :-

Hadith No 1 :

"Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Said After The Revelation Of The Verses About Alcohol Is That Alcohol Is Made Up Of 5 Things 1) Grapes 2)Dates 3)Wheat 4)Barley 5) Honey"

Reference : Sahih Bukhari

But If You Drink Water With Honey So It Is Sunnah Not Haram And Grapes Dates Barley Wheat Can Be Used In Food But The Alcohol Made Up By Them Is Haram And Even If You Drink A Juice Made Up Of Grape Or Date Etc They Are Not Haram. But Now A Days Alcohol Is Not Really Made Up Of These Thing But With The Chemical Composition And Alcohol Is Alcohol Either Made Up Of Grapes ,Dates Etc Or Any Thing It Is Haram.

Hadith No 2 :

"One Companion Of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Said That I Was Making Alcohol And Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Discussed About The Topic Of Alcohol So I Said To Prophet Muhammad (SAW) That O Prophet Of Allah! I Was Just Making It For Medicine So Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Said Alcohol Is Not Medicine Its Disease"

 Now The Medical Research Have Proved That Alcohol Is Injurious To Health And In The Context Of Hadith We Find That If The Medicine Is Made Up Of Alcohol And It Can Be Drink Means In The Form Of Liquid Then It Will Also Be Haram But If It Is Not In Liquid Form Then We Can Use It But Just For Our Health Otherwise It Will Be Considered Haram.

I Wrote This Hadith To Prove That Alcohol Is Haram But If We Talk About Homeopathic Medicines So The Alcohol Is Use To Preserve Them Like Refrigerator Is Used To Preserver Any Thing But The Alcohol Which Is Used To Preserve Them Is In The Diluted Form And If We Drink 2 to 3 Bottles Of That Alcohol We Will Not Loss Our Control It Is So Diluted And When The Medicine Which Is Preserved In That Alcohol Is Given To Us So It Is Always In Powder Form Because The Powder Is Used As Medium In Those Medicine And When Those Medicine Are Given To Us In Powder Form The Alcohol Evaporate Totally From Those Medicine And Science Have Proved That Alcohol Can Be Evaporate So The Homeopathic Medicines Are Not Haram And Can Be Used...

Perfumes :-

Hadiths Which Are Mentioned In The Context Of Same Hadiths We Can Understand That Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Prohibited The Drinking Of Alcohol But If The Alcohol Is On Our Clothes Or Our Body So It Is Not Prohibited And When Any Doctor Give Injections They Use Alcohol To Clean The Area Where They Want To Give Injection So It Can Be Used In That And Also In Perfumes And Even After That Our Wudu Will Not Be Broken Or Our Clothes Will Not Become Dirty We Can Pray In Those Clothes. 
                                                                                                                  Some People Will Ask Why Should We Believe You So For Them I Will Give An Example We All Know That Blood Is Haram For Every One If We Drink It So We Did Sin So Drinking Of Blood Is Haram As It Is Mentioned In Quran But Blood Itself Is Clean And If Blood In On Our Body Or Our Clothes So We Can Pray And Our Wudu Is Not Broken Too As This Hadith State :

"Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Said To Two Companions To Look After Madina And Tell Us If Any Danger Is There Or Not In Night So Those Sahabies Went To Gate At Night And One Sahabi Said To Other You Can Sleep And I Will Look After The Gate And Then I Will Sleep And You Will Look After So The Other Sahabi Said Okay So He Slept And That Sahabi Was Looking After The Gate And Thought I Have Some Free Time So I Can Pray So He Started Praying And While He Was Praying So Kafir (Enemies) Attacked And He Was Hit By An Arrow But He Didn't Break His Salah(Pray) And After That The Other Sahabi Wake Up And Said Why Didn't You Wake Me Up So That Sahabi Said I Was Happy Praying And Was Enjoying It And Don't Wana Break It "

Reference : Sunan Abi Dawood And It Is Sahih Hadith  

So In The Context Of This Hadith We Can Understand That If You Are Hit By An Arrow So You Blood Will Flow And Much Of Your Blood Will Come Out Of Your Body But Still That Sahabi Didn't Stop Praying And Prayed Till End So We Can Find That If Blood Flow Break Your Wudu And Your Salah Then Why That Sahabi Was Praying Its Means That The Blood Is Clean And It Is Haram To Drink But If It Is On Our Body Or Clothes So We Can Pray Cause It Is Clean And Same As Blood Alcohol Is Clean But It Is Haram To Drink.

So We Can Use Alcohol As An Perfume And Also As According To Science Alcohol Will Evaporate Totally.

Cigarette Smoking & Tea :-

Hadith No 3 :

Translation :
"Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Said That The Person Who Drink Alcohol Or Use Any Kind Of  Intoxication So On The Day Of Judgement Allah Will Give Him Blood, Sweat And Pus Of The People Of Hell"

Anything Which Contain Any Kind Of Intoxication Is Haram But Cigarette Smoking Is Not Intoxication But If We Smoke It With Afeem And Drugs So It Will Become Haram Cause They Are Intoxication And If We Smoke Without Anything So We Will Not Get Out Of Our Mind And Will Remain Conscious So It Is Not Haram But If We Smoke So It Will Be Consider As Sin Because Allah Said Don't Haram Your Self And Smoking Is Injurious To Our Health So It Is A Sin But Not Haram And If We Consider It Haram Then We Should Consider Tea As Haram Too Many People In South Asia And Middle East And Some Other Parts Of World Are so Use To Drink Tea That If They Don't Get Tea So They Cant Work Properly So it Can Also Be Consider As Haram If We Consider smoking Haram So Smoking And Tea Are Not Haram And Smoking Is Sin Because It Is Injurious But Tea Is Good For Health So It Is Nither Haram Nor A Sin. 

Conclusion :-

                                    Homeopathic Medicines Are Not Haram As They Don't Contain Alcohol In Liquid Form And Perfume Can Be Used On Cloths Or Body And Smoking Is A Sin Not Haram And Tea Is Good For Health
