Question : Can a disease convey from a sick person to a healthy person?
Answer: There are plenty of hadiths on this topic with authentic Sanads(Chains) and considered as authentic by many scholars like Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai, Sheikh Ghulam Mustafa Zaheer And Sheikh Naseer Uddin Albani. Some of those hadiths are below.Hadith No 1:
Narrated By Abdullah Bin Umar RA:
"Allah's Apostle said, 'There is no 'Adha (no disease is conveyed from the sick to the healthy without Allah's permission), nor Safar, nor Hama." A Bedouin stood up and said, "Then what about my camels? They are like deer on the sand, but when a mangy camel comes and mixes with them, they all get infected with mangy." The Prophet said, "Then who conveyed the (mange) disease to the first one?"

"The Prophet ﷺ said, "If you hear of an outbreak of plague in a land, do not enter it;
but if the plague breaks out in a place while you are in it, do not leave that place."

Hadith No 3:
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amir RA:
"Umar went to Sham and when h ached Sargh, he got the news that an epidemic (of plague) had broken out in Sham. 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Auf told him that Allah's Apostle said, "If you hear that it (plague) has broken out in a land, do not go to it; but if it breaks out in a land where you are present, do not go out escaping from it."

Hadith No 4:
It was narrted from a man from Al Ash-Sharid, who was called 'Amr, that his father said:
"Among the delegation of Thaqif there was a man who suffered from leprosy. The Prophet sent word to him saying: 'Go back, for I have accepted your pledge."

Conclusion :
According to these hadiths we can understand that a disease can be conveyed from sick to healthy person but by Allah's will and we can see in hadith no 4 that a person came to Prophet Muhammad SAW just to pledge on Prophet's hand but Prophet Refused and told him that his pledge is accepted he can go back. So if the disease can't be conveyed by one person to another why did Prophet SAW did that.
